Director’s Note:
I LOVE Urinetown and I LOVE TBC! So this was the perfect match for our second TBC production! The first time I saw Urinetown, I had no idea what to expect, but I quickly became a fan. I had never laughed so much in a musical before! I left the theatre that night so happy (even though my jaws ached from laughing!). This is the gift we want to give you tonight: laughter! Sometimes, a bit of laughter can ease the pains and heartachesof life for a bit.
Can you believe we did this all in just 3 weeks!? These TBC teens are AMAZING! They have been a joy to work with every minute! I hope they also leave this experience with a little more spring in their step as they journey forward in their next adventures! And now, sit back and enjoy all the fun of Urinetown, the Musical!
